deposit is due on ALL group bookings and must be made at
the time of order.

If you do not have a credit card you may choose to pay by cheque
or Canadian Money Order.
If you are not using a credit card, please ensure that you send
payment AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
Deposit Refund
Policy
Full deposit refunds are NOT available upon any group
cancellation.
A partial refund (50%) of the deposit amount is available should
you cancel your group more than 2 calendar weeks in advance.
Deposit Refunds are NOT available if you cancel your group
booking less than 2 calendar weeks of the performance date.
Please Note: This refund
policy for groups is separate from the single ticket buyers
policy.
Confirmation of
your final group number is required one week prior to the
performance date.
Final payment for
your group’s tickets is required upon ticket pick-up. Or, you
may pay in advance by use of a credit card.
If you are paying by cheque, please contact the Box Office for
the amount due.
If you are paying by US cheque, please ask the box office for
the current exchange rate used by the Thousand Islands
Playhouse.
Please Note: Final payment is to be made in one payment,
and cannot be paid individually by group members.
