Booking Deposit
A $100 deposit is due on ALL group bookings and must be made at the
time of order. For your convenience, we accept Visa,
MasterCard and American Express. If you do not have a credit card
you may choose to pay by cheque or Canadian Money Order.
Please ensure that you send these when you send us your request,
otherwise we cannot enter your order into our system. |

Deposit Refund
Policy
Full deposit
refunds are NOT available upon any group cancellation. A partial
refund (50%) of the deposit amount is available should you cancel
your group more than 2 calendar weeks in advance. Deposit Refunds
are NOT available if you cancel your group booking less than 2
calendar weeks of the performance date. The refund policy for groups
is separate from the single ticket buyers policy.
Confirmation of Numbers & Payment
Confirmation of your final group number is required one week prior
to the performance date. Final payment for your group’s tickets is
required upon ticket pick-up. You may pay in advance by use of the
credit card number noted above. If you are paying by cheque,
please contact the Box Office for the amount due, and if you are
paying by US cheque, please ask the box office for the exchange
rate used by the Thousand Islands Playhouse. Final payment is to be
made in one payment, and cannot be [paid individually by
group members. Thank you for your interest in the Thousand Islands
Playhouse.
As a reminder here are the 2006 & 2007 Group Rates:
10 to 19 paid Group members (Does not include Driver and Escort): $25.50 per person
(GST incl)
20 or more paid Group members (Does not include Driver and
Escort): $24.00 per person (GST incl)
Ticket Pick-up or
Delivery
Seats have been
assigned to your group & tickets must be handed out by your leader before
entrance to the auditorium. Please have your groups' escort or
driver pick up tickets at
least 30 minutes before showtime. Arrangements can also be made for
ticket delivery. |
