The Firehall Theatre is fully accessible for any theatre patron and has many spaces available for wheelchairs.  The Springer Theatre has limited seating for patrons in wheelchair.  Please notify the Box Office when ordering your tickets if someone in your party uses one.

The Springer Theatre is equipped with an Infra-Red Hearing Assistance System and has a limited number of headsets available.  These headsets are FREE and can be reserved by calling the Box Office.

Because of the hill that leads to the Springer Theatre there is shuttle service available from the top of the hill to the auditorium entrance.  The Shuttle is available for use 1 hour prior to the show and will be available after the show to take theatre patrons back up the hill. 

For ticket pick-up, cars may drive down the hill to the waterfront and temporarily park while at the Box Office.  Unfortunately, the parking lot at the Springer Theatre is reserved for Staff and Performers and cannot be used by people attending the theatre.

There are 6 spaces available for theatre patrons who display the proper sticker or documentation on their vehicle.  Of the 6 spaces available, 4 can be reserved through the Box Office.  These spaces are located in the lot at the Firehall Theatre (at the top of the hill just above the Springer Theatre).  People using these spaces can use the shuttle to get to and from the Springer Theatre.

The other 2 spots are right next to the Auditorium doors,
but because they belong to the Town of Gananoque, they cannot be reserved.

Both theatres have accessible washrooms next to each auditorium.
